Heart of the Valley Animal Shelter
A volunteer project for a local Montana non-profit animal shelter. I was responsible for filming, editing, and coloring this project. Requirements were to follow a script, keep under one minute, and create a horizontal for YouTube and a vertical for social media.

For MTN News/KBZK, I was responsible for filming, editing, graphics creation, and making sure our weekend broadcasts went to air. This involved using multiple studio cameras at one time through a carbonite switch, editing in a consistant and clean style, creating unique graphics for each story while sticking to a style guide, and troubleshooting timing conflicts in real time.
Two days a week, I worked on Montana This Morning as a part of a two person team in the control room. I was mainly responsible for live taking the graphics and mixing audio. I was proficient in all aspects and would fill in as needed as Technical Director, live editing the show, in addition to my other responsibilities.
The rest of my time, I worked as a photographer assisting the Multimedia Journalists in filming their stories. I worked mainly to improve composition, lighting, and audio. Additionally, I also helped to convert their horizontal videos to vertical for social media.
